About office interior design
Commercial work carries more services than residential — data cabling, HVAC, fire detection, access control — and the ceiling and floor have to be planned around all of them. We coordinate the services layout before the finishes, and work night or weekend shifts where the office stays operational.

Office Interior Design — questions
Can you work while the office is running?
Yes — most of our commercial work is night and weekend shifts. It costs more per day and compresses the calendar disruption, which is usually the better trade for an operating office.
Who coordinates fire and HVAC?
We set the ceiling grid against the services drawing and coordinate positions with the fire and HVAC contractors before installation. Doing it the other way round is what produces detectors sitting across grid lines.
