House Painting in Mumbai
Paint failure is almost never the paint. It is the preparation and the number of coats actually applied.

About house painting
Our standard system is two coats of putty sanded between, one primer coat and two finish coats, with the manufacturer's recoat intervals observed rather than compressed. Loose material is scraped back first and any damp patch is diagnosed before painting rather than covered.

House Painting — questions
How many coats should I be getting?
Two putty, one primer, two finish. If a quotation does not state coat counts, assume fewer — putty and primer are where corners get cut because they vanish under the finish.
Do I need to move out?
No. We work room by room, sheet everything and clean up each evening. Most clients stay throughout.

Waterproof paint is not waterproofing. It helps a sound wall resist water; it will not stop a wall that is being fed.
