Where decades of layered patch repairs have trapped moisture against the slab, we strip back to sound concrete, cut and fill live cracks, form 75 mm fillet coving at every vertical junction, and build a full system with the membrane carried 300 mm up the parapet into a chased groove. Every terrace is ponding tested for 48 to 72 hours before handover.
